[Resolved]  Samsung India — New mobile defected company not changing

I have purchased a new Samsung j7prime and the phone is having display problem the second day of purchase and contacted Samsung service Centre they refused to change the phone and said that only display will be changed but not mobile they also told to change the mobile but now refusing the same. Job sheet no is [protected] . kindly look into the matter and provide solution at the earliest. I will be highly obliged.

Service request [protected]- lcd broken, service center saying 99.9% not available but .1% select few available .
Y this discrimination?
center saying lcd rates come down if not available how rates come down? cannot digest?
seen myself lcd at center, sent my case for replacement or refund.
