[Resolved] Samsung India — New mobile samsung mobile J7 not working within two days of purchase | |||
Sir i devki purchased brand new Samsung J 7 mobile phone on[protected] from Go mobile, D-100 gali no-5, Khasra No. -83 Ground floor, Laxmi Nagar, new delhi. Invoice no[protected] dated 24 jan, 2017. Sir the phone was get Switched off after two days o[censored]se and when i go to service center located at Hira sweet, Shakarpur delhi three times. They not give any response and treat me in very bad manner. They are giving me worthless excuses and they are using abusing language. Then i went to preet vihar service center, they told me that the software is not updated and after update ph will work properly. But even after updation of software ph is not working. It was very bad and horrible experiance for me. In view of the above you are requested to replace my samsung Galxay J7 prime as early as possible.otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.
