[Resolved] Samsung India — new refrigerator complaint | |||||
Refer my complaint in this consumer complaint. No.[protected] simply closed. The attended engineer not able to identify the fault i. E. "deevali crackers sound from freezer". The technician totally opened freezer. He is thinking that censor may be fault and changed. But problem not rectified. Simply intimated that there is no fault. The samsung people closed the case like "we hope your query was answered satisfactorily". Whether the technician submitted to you my comments on his report. I have submitted problem not rectified. I cannot expect this type of message from the company. Since three months your technicians are playing with me totally spoiled my time. They have completely spoiled my duty timings of 4 days since 2 months. The first technician report is "bolts are loose". Second technician report is "converted freezer to normal mode" funny thing is that the technician told "because of washbasin tap the problem occurs". The third technician "may be censor fault". Pity is that at that time his boss spoken to me and told that because of steel utensils the problem occurring. Fourth technician completely opened freezer and put paper pieces in freezer fan and told no problem. This type of technician they are maintaining. Pity is that one technician he don't know the difference of -17 degrees -23 degrees, which is coolest. What i observed the technicians coming with a motto that customer wantedly giving complaints. Even four technicians not able to identify the problem. I never expect this type of service from samsung. Finally i have intimated to samsung that you have supplied defected refrigerator. I have spent rs. 64000/- you people never bothered. Totally negligence on your part towards customers. Totally wasting my time. Without attending complaints closing the cases. Then what i expect from samsung. You people don't bother about service your motto is only sales. Your service people attitude is to be changed. Then what i expect. I have sold you should use.
