I m prem kishan garg 71 year old people. I m trust the samsung name and purchase your brand. After purchasing your mobile and your service are bad impression pjease replace the new mobile. Please help senior citizen people. Prem kishan garg [protected]

I am using Samsung j7 mobile.Screen started flickering when brightness is lowered.I tried all possible ways to fix it as suggested by samsung Customer care. But screen still keeps flickering.I found there are lots of complaints about screen flickering on Samsung j7 mobile by their users.
