Purchased smartphone samsung j7. it developed a display fault. approached service center. faulty device kept by service center. it is under warranty period purchased in august 2016. complaint is cancelled. dont know why all documents submitted. service center is a a electronics, national housing complex, amritsar. job sheet no. is [protected]. no reply. me a senior citizen asked to wait for one month.
