[Resolved] Samsung India — no notification of one time screen replacement | |||
I ordered the samsung galaxy on max from flipkarts big billion sale when i bought the phone it said in the offers that the phone is eligible for the one time screen replacement offer. I went to a friend of mine who told me it comes on the my galaxy app. I activated the samsung account everything but still no notification of the offer. I just dont know when will they do it its my first phone with samsung n then with such services u wouldn't want to be lied to... I have the screen shots of the offer n it does mention there about the offer for the phone being eligible.. This i need to enrroll before the 20th or i loose the offer So samsung pls wake up n do something about it Was this information helpful? | |||
