[Resolved] Samsung India — no replacement / refund for defective product | |||
I have ordered a smartwatch from samsung ship india. They promised that the delivery will be with in two days. But i got the item after 13days. The worst part is that the product isn’t working. After making a call to customer service 10-12times, they asked me to take it to the service centre. But the service person said that this service won’t test the product boght from online. He told me to took that product to other service centre. This continued for 2 days. After losing two days of work, time, money and energy, at last i got doa certificate. For making them to take the product back, i called them over 50times and i’ve sent over 20mails to customer service. It’s nearly one n half months now since i ordered the product. I have the product in my hand and samsung doesn’t even took a single step to address my issue. Really samsung’s service is pathetic. Order id[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
