This is really very disappointing that i have to write this mail to you, its been so many days my complaint is pending with Samsung i have purchased a refrigerator on 25th of May 2016 few days ago it was not working fine the day i bought it i have complaint many times to the service center but there is no proper response from them, i request you kindly resolve my issue and give me the replacement as it is in warranty, i am fed up calling service center and to the concern person who are not at all concern about my problems.
Take it as a warning or anything i have all call records of the conversation between me and your service center that how they talk n respond to my complaint which is very shameful, this can not be taken by any customer, i am writing down this mail for the last time hoping you will resolve my issue ASAP and if i will not get any response from here too i will go to consumer court for sure .I WANT MY MONEY BACK now and dont want any replacement as i eas agree for it before but seeing your customer support and after sale service I M REALLY SORRY THAT I PURCHASED SAMSUNG PRODUCT, i will never in my life will purchase samsung products.
