[Resolved] Samsung India — no response from samsung after 9 complaints | |||||
I am fed up of samsung service and its # customer care response system. I have got a call from nidhi who told me she is speaking from the head office of samsung in india and that my complaint will be resolved within 24 hours but its been more than two days since she said that and nothing has happened as of now. I want an immediate resolution to my problem which is related to the samsung refrigerator with convertible freezer that is not working since i bought it on 13th of july 2017. Samsung has the worst customer service in india. I am going to the consumer court tomorrow against samsung. Whomever is reading this please don't buy samsung's low quality products.
