[Resolved] Samsung India — No service for samsung refrigerator | |||||
I have been talking to custcare of samsung over last 6 days. Their mechanic came and removed a micro fan from freezer compartment and promised to replace it within 48 hrs. He then called to say that the part is not available and hence service cant be rendered. When i complained to cust care and asked for supervisors, i was told they will call back in 24 hrs and offer help. It is now 30 hrs and i have received no call. Lines are also not coming through.
