Since starting i am facing the problem on no voice/interruption when someone calls me. I am able to hear what other person is saying but my voice does not reach him in 5 out of 10 calls. I have tried using other sims in my phone but the issue is same. I have used this phone in delhi, gurgaon and many other places but the issue is still same, so it's not a network issue.
Now, comes the time to mention the horrible experience which i faced when i went to samsung service center (We care at rohini sec-7). I have visited this center 3 times regarding the same concern.
For the first two times, they updated the software and returned back the phone without resolving the actual problem.
When i went there third time, they submitted the phone for 1 day and checked the phone regarding the issue and in the end returned my phone - saying that your phone is fine. The issue is still there and it is still not resolved. Not only this, they also used my phone unethically. They tried to open my watsapp chats, youtube account, internet sites. My phone has a tracker which clicks the photo of a person who wrongly enters the password for whatsapp.
One of the store representative tried to open it illegally. Also, my phone has personals information like my bank account details, credit cards info.
With my recent experience with samsung, i have started hated samsung. I have become a victim of your pathetic attitude, unhelpful nature. Also, my personal information has been used by your representative illegally, so if something bad happens to me then samsung is responsible for it.
Since then, i have written so many emails to them but still nothing happened on my issue. Please assist me.
