Hi,
I had registered a service request with samsung for tv installation on 12th may 2016 (Reference num-[protected]). This request was cancelled by local service center of samsung nasik without any intimation to the customer.
I myself checked online that the request i lodged was cancelled so i registered a fresh new request on 16th may 2016 (Ref num - [protected]) for the same.
I am calling the samsung support daily 5/6 times and they daily tell me one thing that your request is forwarded on the priority basis and some support engineer will visit today/tomorrow till 8 pm. But till now i did not receive any communication from any support engineer.
I even sent an email to samsung support on 17th may 2016 complaining about non-service and they even replied back to me saying (Thru mail and on call) that this matter is escalated to senior authority and they will provide service anyhow by wednesday. But till today friday 20th, there is no communication that i received from anyone.
All is very frustrating and mentally harassing stuff where i am feeling like helpless as no one from samsung looks like care about customer support.
