Samsung India — Non attending of complaint by service engineer mr basheer

My complaint registered vide the above reference Numbers for service of TV has NOT been attended by your service Engineer inspite of several reminders tohim on variousoccassions on 23rd, 24th and 25th.
Due to this deficiency in your aftersale service I am making this complaint. I request for an immediate reply and reddressal, failing which I will be proceeding further in the mattter.
