[Resolved] Samsung India — non delivery of product | |||
Hello, This is with reference to Complaint No [protected] The samsung service center had picked up the washing machine for repairs from my flat on the 10th Floor. Before pickup, I had clearly informed them that my Building does not allow washing machine to be carried in the list. The service center had not issue with carring the lift over the stairs at the time of pickup. However, they have now refused to deliver the product back to the 10th Floor claiming that they can only deliver to the ground floor. Was this information helpful? | |||
