I have bought new samsung smart tv and the day it was installed - we are unable to get commected to the airtel dth.

I have purchase from
M/s sachdeva sales, date; 23/10/2016
Main road, bistupur jamshedpur -831001
There is no responce and the time line committement from your side.
I want the replacement with new tv having same model as soon as possible.
