Worst experience with samsung. I purchased washing machine 6.2 fully automatic. The service engineer from hyderabad did not come and in spite of crossing 2 days. The call center team, chennai did not take up my complaint seriously about the non-installation. They kept my telephone call on hold and did not respond. There is lack of coordination between samsung india and their service center in hyderabad. They are part of the problem, not the solution. It is the worst experience i encountered in my life time.
