Samsung India — non replacement of dysfunctional part of refrigerator | |||
I was facing cooling issues with my refrigerator for which i registered complaint in samsung service center and their engineer made the visit. He informed us about the damaged fan and about it's replacement. We raised the request to replace and got to know about the unavailability of that part. He ensured us to make the part available in 3-4 days. It's one week now, no one visited us nor the concerned person picking the phone. On calling service center, they are playing the today and tomorrow game but no one providing the solution. Was this information helpful? | |||
