Sir/madam,
I had purchased samsung galaxy grand prime mobile from authorised dealer anmol watches & electronics ltd., sector-22-b, chandigarh on 2nd june, 2015. Phone being in warranty had been giving a problem that it frequently hangs while working, gives a black and a white screen and its battery gets excessively heated up. I contacted the authorised service centre (Mobile solutions) located in phase-5, mohali on 25th may, 2016 and 31st may, 2016.
But they and their service seems incompetent to rectify the fault. They only update the softwares (Reboot the phone) and give it to me as it is. They do not rectify the main reason of the problem. A similar case was with my phone samsung galaxy grand quattro and the fault was not rectified from the service centre.
You are kindly requested to ponder into the step by informing the company either to rectify the fault in the phone or replace the above set (Grand prime). An early action into the situation would be highly appreciated.
