[Resolved] Samsung India — not able to redeem offer for earbuds

I bought Samsung S10+ on 7th of March and I was told that I can buy the Samsung earbuds for a lesser price which is an offer for buying the phone and was informed that this can be redeemed after 72 hours of buying the phone . It's been more than a week now and I have been contacting the customer care more than 7 times but there's no action taken on it and I have been asked to wait for 24 hrs everyday. This is pathetic.
