6kgs - washing machine automatic sequence not functioning.
On 14th morning i had registered a complaint and no:t4411 was allotted to engineer mr. Fakrudin. By afternoon the same day they have registered another complaint no t4421 allotted to mr. Vikram.
Mr. Vikram attended the fault but could not rectify the same till 21st nov'17. Then complaint t4523 was registerred and allotted to mr. Naren on 21st nov'17 evening.
Mr. Naren spoke to me on 22nd morning to know the problem and confirmed his visit by evening to attend the fault. Therefore i had applied permission from office and informed mr. Naren by 5pm that i am waiting for his evening visit. Since then and till now mr. Naren has not turned up nor cared to call me.
Really surprising to note the seriousness/accountability your engineers care for customers which will in turn bring down the reputation of your brand and company.
This morning i have called your customer care and informed the happenings. Yet to get a response also.
