[Resolved] Samsung India — not fulfilling the promise n violating right to information | |||
Samsung promised to provide bixby voice name software in samsung s8 plus but now they are not fulfilling it globally it was launched on 22 aug but still in india it is not available after buying 65000 rupess phone this is what we indians are getting n in asking they keep in giving computerized answer n not giving us the reason for delay and also not exact date when it will be available. They sell their phones here at max price as compared to rest of world then also we indians are lagging even countries like pakistan n srilanka is enjoying bixby but why indians on 22 aug 211 countries recived it n samsung still out that on hold i jst want the reason for delay or date else my money back fr not keeping their promise n making false staemet for sales thanku Was this information helpful? | |||
