Dear complain board,
I pre ordered samsung s7 edge on flipkart dated 11th march, 2016. I received dated 20th march, 2016 and invoice date is 17th march, 2016. I ordered mobile with number [protected].
Also i activated my galaxy app with the same number and put in sim1 slot. While activation my galaxy app sim2 & sim2 both had working sim.
Sim 1 = [protected]
Sim 2 = [protected]
There is an offer running by samsung india to get free gear vr after registering my galaxy app. I followed the same procedure as said by samsung india. I am eligible to get free gear vr as samsung terms because i followed all steps.
Later i didn't get free gear vr redeem code so i contacted samsung telephonic customer and they said that sent and email to my. [protected]@samsung.com with proofs & screenshot. My galaxy response time is 7 working days. I sent email to my. [protected]@samsung.com dated april-20th, 2016 with all screenshot and original invoice sent by flipkart.

Till today i don't get any response from my galaxy email and when i contacted telephonic customer service, they say send mail to my. [protected]@samsung.com again and again..
I feel that samsung india cheated with fake offers.

My refrigerator cooling only on the freezer pat, the rest of the place not cool... pls check and rectify these problem.
