[Resolved] Samsung India — Not providing authorised accessories of FHD TV | |||||
Refer my two consumer complaints on portal (attached for your reference).Sir, I have purchased FHD 40K5000ARLXL S/NO 0A913PAJ400083 on 26 May 17 from authorised dealer in Coimbatore Mayuri Electronics Private Limited. In Samsung site in product detail as accessories VESA wall mount support is authorised on samsung site But Samsung InstallatIon team is proving normal fixed wall mount support in place of Vesa wall mount support. Lot of efforts are made but samsung sales rep are divuldging the term support to supported. It is totally clear that in accessories with remote, vesa wallount support is given on site with ibid model. My complaint is also closed without consideration and put remarks that cosumer is asking more than the authorised.Please find the trooth on site, accessories of particular model and attachment herewith.
