[Resolved] Samsung India — not providing service and repair details | |||||
This the ref of complaint no - [protected], I contacted samsung customer for replacement of tv panel and they agree to do and confirm that they will provide the details about the pannel they going to replace today so called tech visited my home and saying he is from samsung but he got no proof to show and when i contacted to customer care their escalation executive confirm that they do not provide any details to customer about the service they provided during warranty period. Being a customer i want to know how will i assure that who is the person and what he did on my tv which i purchased from samsung. So here samsung customer care saying they do not provide any details unless i paid for those service, why should i pay for the service as my tv is on warranty period to get the service details.
