[Resolved] Samsung India — not received bill for warranty card from dealers

We have taken samsung washing machine (Model number - ww6om206lma/tl) from dealer nidisha in gulbarga.. Person working over there has collected cash n dint give us original bill and warranty card.. That person is no more.. It's been three days we are asking for duplicate bill we not getting proper response from them.. Now washing machine is not working and service center ppl are asking for bill and warranty.. Kindly help us at earliest..
