On 11th august i have submited my device in samsung service center (nutek) and till date i have not received my device. I have given it to change the touch screen as it was not working and i was informed that i'll receive my device within a week or 10 days. But even after 4 months i have not received my device. The manager literally makes me run for my own device . I have even called the samsung customer care but they have not taken any actions yet. I have even emailed the ceo's desk. He told that ill get a call from the asm regarding the device update and that never happened and i have to call him and that too asm told that he'll inform me. But as always it never happened.
