I am having 3 Samsung Mobiles - J1 J7 & J7 Prime. J7 was bought at Gulf in March 2016 when i was working in Gulf. the operation of the mobile was slow and i approached your own service centre at Chennai but it is unfortunate that they refused to reinstall the OS since i bought this outside India.
Kindly advise me to move further.
