[Resolved] Samsung India — not return the advance amount for spare parts | |||
1& 1/2 months back your service engineer Mr.Barani dharan collected Rs:500/-as advance for suppling the spare parts.such as vegitable tray and vegitable boxes Till date there is no proper reply from your end . While asking they said that the order is cancelled. And there is no action is taken to refund the advance amount from your end. If the money is not returened within 10 mdays the matter will be taken to the consumer forum and the cost for that also to be included with advance amount v.palani Was this information helpful? | |||
