I am a regular user of Samsung Mobile hansets nd my family and close friends are also using Samsung. I am a very satisfied customer of Samsung products. I always recommend my near and dears to go for Samsung products as your products are worth full to cost.
But this time I faced a problem. I bought again a new hansdet Samsung A8 in February 2016 from authorised store. Approx some 10 days before My screen gets off. I visited samsung care, they said after inspection my screen is broke although it wasn't showing before and after i give handset to customer care. I told them how it is possible, no sufficient answer was given. As i hv to cure my set, I give them for repair. They charged Rs. 8000/-. I requested customer care on phone to waive charges as the is in guarantee and may be during search of fault screen get damaged. But they put all blame on me.
so I request you to kindly waive the charges. My request is on the basis of belief on SAMSUNG. Hope You will do better justice.
