Samsung India — Note 4 incoming call issue | |||||
I have purchased Samsung galaxy note 4 on 29/7/2015 & facing problems of incoming call issue from last three months. I have submitted handset 3 times to service center for same issue however the issue did not got resolved. I have submitted phone again to service center for same problem on 6/7/2016 and after 19 days, I am not getting any update from the technical team of service. I am requesting for refund as this is genuine device issue which is not resolvable. Please advice/suggest in this case. I am trying this as last solution or will start taking legal actions against Samsung India in Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
