[Resolved]  Samsung India — note 8 issue did not provide service

I have bought note 8 on 24th may nd found light leakage issue nd submitted phone to service centre on 28th nd today is 6th june nd got reply from head office samsung that no replacement nd really he talked to me in harsh manner. Never expected such treatment from brand like samsung.. I shall never buy any product of samsung.. Bcz being premium samsung customer i was been fooled by samsung service centre nd samsung customer care.

Provided my phone to service centre (jorhat) on 28th...after that i recieved call from head office today i.e 6th june 2018 nd really disappointed with conversation with him...totaly harsh...never expected such service from samsung..kindly provide me replacement

No resolution yet even after submitted a complaint...never expected such after sales service from Samsung ! Samsung representative doesnt know how to behave with customers ! Over all being customer why shall I compromise .

My device was not yet replaced...so this is what samsung provides to customer in name of warranty. Infact samsung representative doesnt have manner to speak to customers.I want samsung to apologize me ! No need to provide replacement but atleast apologize me for talking in harsh manner with me .
