[Resolved] Samsung India — note 8 repaired but service centre not returning the phone | |||
My note 8's display got damaged. And i took it to ashok vihar service centre. They said they will repair it under never mind offer for free of cost. I submitted my phone on 20sep 2018. They said they will return it by 22sep 2018. Next day i called samsung customer care and they said they have repaired it and u can collect it tomorrow but the service centre said they cant return it without some approval from compny. I again called customer care and they said there is no need foe approval. U can collect and customer care ordered service centre to return it. But still they didnot return. Then after one hour even customer care also started saying they cant return without approval. I asked how long will it take. They said they dont know. Wait for approval. What disgusting servicd. Its26 sep now. And i havent got my phone back.[protected] is my bill no Was this information helpful? | |||
