[Resolved] Samsung India — Note7 prebooking offers not given on buying s7 edge. | |||||
We have booked note 7 but later samsung not able to provide as they have huge manufacturing defect. So we bought s7 edge as keeping trust in samsung. But all note 7 offers are announced and when we are trying to avail them samsung is avoiding to give offers. They try to search based on imei and say it is not showing in system. But it is samsung responsiblity to map or customer? They have sended message confirmation on mobile which we will show to consumer forum.
