I’ve placed an order for the note 8 device on the 8th of oct 2017 from samsung online shop. It was stated that the device will be delivered in 2 to 4 days. Its been more than a week now, and it hasn’t been delivered yet. Called up customer care and was told i will have to work this with fedex as samsung has shipped the order and their work is done. Tried getting cancellation details on chat with customer support and the guy ended the chat saying i dont need to worry.
This is the way you treat people who made a purchase of your flagship device? After such a disgusting experience how would you expect me to have a long term association with samsung. Even after last year’s debacle with note 7 having faith in you guys and you proved it aint worth it.
Can you cancel the order and initiate a refund for this order? I’m not at all interested in going ahead with the purchase now.
