Respected sir,
I had already registered a complaint in indian consumer complaints forum on 22/6/17, with complaint no (Samsung india complaint status update [id: 1608472]). Today when i visited the site & i found that it is marked as resolved. This marking has done without my knowledge, that's why i'm registering this as a new complaint.
I have been registered a complaint about the refrigerator which is not working properly on 09/06/2017, the request no. [protected]. The complaint is that the food and vegetables that we keep in the fridge is getting frozen. The temp. Setting is -20 and 3. I bought this fridge on 20/12/2014. One of the engineer visited my house on 12/6/2017 and ask me to off the fridge for 24 hrs., & i did the same & inform them it is showing the same complaint. After that they told me that the sensor is having the complaint and they changed the sensor on 06/7/2017 and i paid for the same. After half an hour the fridge had completely out of service. Again i made a complaint and the request no. [protected]. After one week the engineer visited the house & inform me that the pcb is having the complaint & they bought a new pcb on 24/7/17 & service person understood that it was not working properly.
Yesterday (2/8/17) again they visited and connected a pcb and ask me to pay rs. 3520/- and i told them i will pay the amount after 2 days, let me make sure the fridge is working properly. But still the complaint is there. Yesterday night i kept a bowl with full of water inside fridge, by today morning it had become ice. The compressor is not getting off, full time it is on.
I can't able use the fridge properly for the last 2 months. Please do the needful.
