[Resolved] Samsung India — pathetic after sales service | |||
I had launched a complain to samsung. I asked them to come to my place to repair my refrigerator on 9th of may they said that with in 24 hours an engineer will come to inspect your refrigerator, on the next day he came by 3 pm but my appointment was scheduled for morning 10am, still i ignored that, the engineer said its gas refilling thats has to me done and some other person will come after another 48 hours but no one arrived at my place to refill the gas i called once again after completeion of 24 hours + 48 hours and again they said me that its going to take more 24 hours to come to my place and still no one came to repair my refrigerator, at last today on 13 th of may and after completion of 24 hrs + 48 hrs + 24 hrs i again called up them and they said me that today is sunday and no one can come today and they want to schedule my appointment tommorrow, i am very dissatisfied with this pathetic service and wish to never continue to buy products of this company.
