Hi,
I bought samsung tv on 1st jul 2017. It’s under warranty period. It stopped working on 8th april 2018 & i registered a complaint on the same day. Service engineer visited on 9th april and told that, there was issue with adaptor and that will be fixed within 3 days.
Later there no is follow-up from anyone from samsung customer care service. I asked for escalation (Service ticket no – [protected]) & someone from “decision making team” called me today morning said “he’ll get back to me ”. Till now no updates at all. Just for an adaptor replacement samsung is taking more than 5 days!!!
Their service is so pathetic & hopeless; i recommend not buying any samsung products based on their services. Highly disappointed
Can you please do something to improve samsung’s service?
