[Resolved] Samsung India — pathetic and unprofessional people | |||
I purchased samsung j2 2018 model mobile 03/06/18, but mobile display gone black, i visited okhla service center and samsung people said you used your display hardly, sir plz tell me how should i use your mobile because i have a another company phone and i m using last year but your people said our mobile is very fragile so you had to used softly, what kind of people u selected, i m worry about u and your future of your company, they treated me very wrongly, i lost my money and my time. My phone is under warranty and no solution received from your side and your people they just want to make money. Nobody care about customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
