[Resolved] Samsung India — pathetic customer service and poor service quality | |||
This is regarding my service complaint for my refrigerator. My refrigerator which is under warranty suddenly stopped working on 9 may 2018. I had called customer care on 10th may 2018 and still my complaint not resolved. Your service is not able to find the problem. They are experimenting with my refrigerator and they are just keeping the time to pass.
