Dear samsung service provider,
My name is shankhadip thakur and my registered mobile number is [protected].
I have registered one complaint against my slipt 1.5 ton ac, complain registered number is [protected] dated 8.04.2017. Complaint was my ac compressor is getting started immediately when i am switching on main switch of ac not even from my remote.
The way your service center people torturing me are stated below.
1) after my complaint on 8th of april, i have received call from your field executive on 8th of april at 5:00 pm and he informed me that he won’t be able to come today as its already evening so he will come on next day. He also suggested me if any one call me from service center then i should reply that i am not in home so i asked your executive to come tomorrow.
2) next day your executive came and he suggested me to take his personal service as it is a minor problem and if i take his personal service he will charge me only rs 1200/- to resolve this issue or else samsung will charge rs 2800.00.
I denied to take any personal service, then he said it’s a main pcb problem so that pcb needs to be changed and he took rs 2800 to change the main pcb.
3) on 12th he has changed the pcb and switch on my ac and he said it will take some time as he has installed new pcb so i have to observe for 2-3 days. When he has left my premises i found same problem but i waited for one day as he instructed me.
4) as the problem was not been resolved even after 2 days, again i called on 15th night but unfortunately no one came on 16th, again i called on 16th so on 17th again same person came and he again started doing his r&d and now he is saying problem is with compressor so this compressor needs to be changed. As the compressor is under warranty so servicing of compressor will be free but they need additional rs 3000/- for gas and transportation charges.
Now my question - is this the way you rob your customers??? Why a customer should pay for your r&d job.
If it is a compressor problem then why he has changed the pcb?.
I am working with utc company a part of carrier ac so i also have technical idea about hvac system.
Today they have taken back my outdoor unit to their workshop and i categorically mentioned that i will not pay anything for this.
Looking forward your kind intervention to resolve this issue.
