[Resolved]  Samsung India — People trying to ask bribe against providing services

Dear sir,

I complained for my refrigerator on samsung service centre. My complaint numbers were

These are my complaints which i have registered in past 5 days and they assigned a single service engineer named dheeraj ([protected]). He juz came once at my place and asked for bribe so that he writes a favourablle report in order to claim warranty of my fridge's compressor. When i denied to do so he just did something into mah compressor and told that your compressor will be replaced on the next day but on the next day when i tried calling him he started abusing me and from that day itself iam complaining again and again but no action has been taken till now only assurance is being given. Iam suffering juz because of there negligence i want my issue to be resolved

I have completed My samsung galaxy on next model my phone batter problame and diz phone automatically hit after 4 to 5 hour and charging time. I have completed samsung authorities centre cuttack but there not short out my problame.
