[Resolved] Samsung India — Phone caught fire | |||
My ph caught fire and I threw that away. If I did anything wrong? Samsung kept my phone for 2 months and returned as it is. Really??????? Is it samsung?? It caught fire so Shall I use this same phone again??If it caught fire again you take guarantee of my life that nothing will happen to me????? Your call center people tell me that I denied replacement. Samsung center says their backend team denied the replacement. Where should I go. Shall I go to consumer court? or tweet this to Samsung Corporate office or post this on Facebook??? Or go to publish this in newspaper???? I need to know ASAP.
