I need a email id of your chairman, director, president .. because u cant give the customer satisfaction only you are doing fraud with the customer if they purchased any thing from your comapny so you didng provide any service after that. THE worst comapny ever dont no why the governent allowed to such fraud company i[censored] cant provide the saticfactiion. I am taking followup from last month but no response ... And my concern is i had purchased a phone on november there is a spot on the display so i visted to samsung service centre they told me that the display has been broken how they say they didnt check my my phome nothing they will do ... I mail many timez call many timez but they didnt provide the solution fullyfeup with tbe comaany Was this information helpful? | |||||
