[Resolved] Samsung India — Phone is not repairing and not refund my payment. | |||||
I submitted my phone for repairing first Samsung customer service center says me phone will repair in 3-4 days but after 4 days they are saying the part is not available. ten i contact to customer service center head and he suggest me to submit your documents for refund and i submit my all documents. But the service center not forward my documents and playing a lying game with me. Then i contact to Samsung Customer Care but the are also not giving me any solution. After that i contact Samsung Delhi office as well as Samsung Head Office But the problem is as it is. And the whole Samsung is playing with me and torcher me. Then i decided to complaint against Samsung India. Hopefully I get any solution of this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
