[Resolved] Samsung India — phone screen | |
I bought my new samsung a20 on 30th april and it started giving problems. The main problem I'm facing is a red dot in the center of the screen. As my phone was under guarantee period so i visited the service center they kept phone with them for few days then they said there is no hardware problem but again and again I'm facing the same problem of the red dot on the middle of the screen. I searched on internet and I read about dead pixels.i visited service centre phase 5 mohali, punjab 3 times but they didn't repaired or helped me. I just want that the store should refund my money or exchange the phone. I am very disappointed with the services as they are not supporting and helping the customer to give right services. I'm using samsung from last 6 years this was the first time I faced such a hectic customer service. I request you to take a notice on it. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |
