I've booked an appointment today for a service tech. But none can answer my question. What time is the technician available. Called customer service. Spoke to Siddhartha who hung up. My contact number is [protected] and if I'm not given a reasonable solution within an hour, I'll be forced to take it up in Facebook creating a negative image.
