Most highly inept handling, poor product knowledge, very high inefficiency in servicing. Your engineer is novice does not know even the basics of TV functioning. He blamed Samsung TV manufacturing whereas on the contrary he reposes highest trust and respect for Samsung brand. No Samsung product mal function within short periods. I am highly condemning your service engineer vishu apathy pathetic customer services. Kindly refund our services charges with immediate effect otherwise I will raise a complaint to consumer court. This is only to do HDMI cable issue your engineer faulting mother board, LED to be changed this and that without knowing the trouble shooting technique. What sort of engineer you recruit stop tvs electronics outsourcing. GOD saved me in additional investment on Samsung because I have profound deepest faith on Samsung technology worldwide.
