[Resolved] Samsung India — poor samsung service, say no to samsung | |||
Never buy products from samsung. Here i am discussing the problem. On[protected] date i had purchased the led that was on my b'day. But unfortunately that was my wrong decision to purchase from samsung electronic. Within one week the led failures. Then i raised new led instead of faulty led. But after 1 month and 24 days they simply just gave me a check (Refunding). During this mentioned period i had made abundant calls and email for the problem solution. Samsung does not knows well the customer time and value. From that day to till now i am much frustrating from samsung service. Ok if i tell you the scenario that if some loved one gave a gift on b'day then within one weeks led fails then how it felt? Samsung don't have any idea regarding that. Even i received the check from your long distance office, no one samsung service man helps me to gave the check at my home. But say no to samsung. Was this information helpful? | |||
