[Resolved] Samsung India — poor service and inconvenience of customer care of samsung mobile | |||||
I bought j7 max mobile on 12/08/2017 from relience digital. After few days speaker not working. Customer care said parts not available. As they said withing 14 days phone will be replaced but i am not getting any phone. So, please look into this matter and take necessary step as soon as possible. My job sheet no-[protected].
