I am dr ajaz, i have submitted my mobile phone samsung j7 prime for repair at service center srinagar j&k on 28/03/18. My phone's battery was getting drained quickly. People at service center told me that my phone will be returned back to me with in one week. Now two weeks have passed and they are yet to return my phone. Irony is that the people at service center srinagar are not responding to phone calls properly. I called them many times from past 4 days so that i can know the satus of phone. Most of times they do not pick the phone. Three times they picked phone but they told me will call me back after 5 minutes to give status which they didn't.
This is absolute nonsense. They don't care for customers. I really regret why i bought samsung. Very very poor services.
Lot need to be done to improve services.

While charging its showing connected and disconnect at same time.
It's getting hot while no apps are running at background.
It's draining charge very fast .
All this start to happens after updating Samsung recommend software.
